For more than 20 years I have lived through the demanding world of the food industry. I started from the base and came to the position of Export Manager, managing daily international markets, uninterrupted targeting and responsibility for results that are not susceptible to error. I know firsthand the language of KPIs and the real cost of making a wrong decision in the midst of mental fatigue. Despite the successful course, prolonged work stress led me to marginal burnout. My resignation was not a simple departure; It was the beginning of a deep internal investigation.

I combined my academic studies in Business Administration and Human Resource Management (NKUA) with my many years of experience in the industry and with specialized training in coaching and in physical, energy and trauma-informed approaches. This double glance – of the frontline executive and the practitioner studying the human system – shapes the way I work today: with the language of business, but with tools that go deeper than logic.

From this research was born Eunoia Shift and the method Human Operating System (HOS). My core belief is simple: no business plan works when the human operating system – body, subconscious, energy and mind – operates in a state of survival. I don't just work with willpower and positive thinking. I work with the system where generates thinking so that high performance occurs naturally as a result of internal alignment rather than exhaustion.
