For 20 years I worked in the demanding field of the food industry, in an international environment with high pressure and continuous targeting. As Export Manager, I handled day-to-day complexity, result responsibility, and intense operational pressure. Until my body reached its limits. Prolonged stress led me to a marginal burnout – and there I understood something that no strategy had taught me: When the nervous system cannot withstand, no performance is sustainable.
